Jan Toorop
Bureau A tot Z is specialized in the art of the multi-talented dutch artist Jan Toorop (1858-1928). Within the Symbolist movement he is internationally re-known through his linear drawings and ideas that reflect European thinking in the decadent era.

In 2005 our company co-operated with Art Gallery Studio 2000 Blaricum to organize a huge exposition on this famous artist in Domburg, Zeeland, where Toorop lived and worked during summers.

Art-historian Harry J. Kraaij, founder of Bureau A tot Z, did the opening together with prime-minister Jan Peter Balkenende. For the dutch national news broadcasting company (NOS) he gave an interview for the daily news.
